Does Ovdym offer a free trial period?

What kind of guarantee does Ovdym offer?
In the event that you are not satisfied with your VA after mediation and coaching, we offer a replacement without the finder’s fee.
When do I make the commitment to my VA?
Your commitment to your VA will be made after your interview and vetting process, but don’t worry; we know that not everyone is the right fit for everyone, so if you’re unhappy at any time, we can always organize a change or replacement.
Is there any kind of follow up?
We’ll follow up with you one week after your assistant begins his or her employment contract, and again after one month. We will continue checking in with you monthly to ensure that everything is operating smoothly, and we also frequently check in with our VAs for the same reason.
